Patient Confidentiality

Patient confidentiality is taken seriously at our practice; your dental records will remain confidential and secure in line with our practice policy. If you would like a copy of our practice confidentiality policy, please contact the Practice Manager on 01206 384504. Patient data will only be shared with other care professionals to whom you are referred for care and with your permission. You have the right to check that data held in your records is accurate. Any requests for access to your dental records should be made in writing to the Practice Manager and a charge may be made for a copy of them.

Comments and complaints

We hope that you are entirely satisfied with the care you receive at the practice;  If you wish to make a compliment,comment, or complaint, about any of our team, or the service you have been provided with, please write to the Practice Manager as we would like to rectify the cause for your dissatisfaction and improve our service.  You can request a copy of our practice’s complaints procedure from the Practice Manager who will explain the procedure in detail and deal with any concerns you might have.
