Dental care & treatment at the practice

We do our best to ensure your dental care meets your individual needs. We will discuss the proposed treatment and treatment options with you, giving you time to ask questions and consider alternatives.

Appointments and emergency treatment

We do our best to see patients with genuine dental emergencies on the same day wherever possible. Contact the practice and we will see you as soon as we can. An out of hours service is available by calling NHS 111.

Cancelling appointments

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please let us know. No charge will be made for NHS appointment cancellations provided reasonable notice is given – at least 24 hours notice prior to your visit. If you give short notice for an NHS cancellation, or fail to attend on more than one occasion, you may be refused further care on the NHS. Failure to attend and late cancellations of private appointments may incur a charge.
